- Price: £0/month, permanently. Not a trial.
- Limits: none. No cap on members, teams, groups, events or coaches.
- Card required to sign up: no.
- Features: members and roles, teams and groups, event scheduling with position claiming and
  waitlists, attendance, club and team chat, announcements, posts and polls, drills library,
  training plans, player evaluation and coach feedback, guardian accounts and consent controls,
  iOS and Android apps.

There is one plan. Nothing above is withheld pending an upgrade.

## Transaction fees

Spike's only revenue. Charged to the club, deducted from what reaches it — never added to the
player's bill at checkout.

- Card event fee: 2.5% of the payment, minimum 20p.
- Club subscription: 2.5% of the payment, no minimum.
- Cash payment: no fee. Tracked, not processed.
- Stripe's own processing charge: separate, paid by the club to Stripe at Stripe's rates.

The 20p minimum exceeds 2.5% below £8.00.

## Conditions worth knowing

- Refunds: the player is refunded in full and the amount is reversed from the club. Spike's share
  of the original payment is not returned, so the club carries it.
- Payouts: to the club's own Stripe account on Stripe's schedule, not to a Spike balance.
- Currency: GBP. Venue and currency handling are UK-centric today.
